Delivery and trade terms
Every parcel ships insured. Same-day cutoff at 2pm ET for orders received by 1pm ET.
Shipping
- Complimentary FedEx Priority Overnight on all domestic orders over $5,000 — fully insured, adult signature required.
- Orders under $5,000 ship at flat-rate $35 (insured to declared value).
- International ships via Brink's or Malca-Amit — quoted per shipment, duties at receiver.
- Will-call pickup available from our vault by appointment.
Terms & approval
- Net-30 available on approval after three on-time orders.
- Memo terms (7-day memo) available for matched suites and parcels over $25,000.
- Wire, ACH, and major cards accepted. Card surcharge 3.0% over $5,000.
Returns
- Sealed, unmodified parcels: 14 days for 100% restock.
- Opened parcels: 14 days at 90% restock to cover re-sort labor.
- Custom-cut or matched-suite parcels: final sale.
Calibration guarantee
If a stone arrives outside the published ±0.02mm tolerance, ship the stone back and we'll replace it from the same lot — no restock, no questions.
